Help Wrong Time on HTC EVO

The time on my sprint evo is 4 minutes behind every other clock/phone around, including my brothers evo. the location and time zone are correct, but its still not right! i dont understand why! anyone know how i can change this? thanks

Have you tried rebooting the phone?

press on the clock to bring up the settings and disable all of the auto settings...reboot...re enable all of them...then reboot again

I did this and it still says i'm in another country...........
