Root Wrong timestamp on texts

[MCPO117]

I know this has been discussed before but I can not find the thread for the life of me. I started getting the wrong time stamp on texts now. The only thing i changed was a kernel and then i swapped right back. Was there a fix for this or not?

It did that to me yesterday when I reverted back to froyo, corrected itself after a couple texts back and forth.
