Help Wtf is going on!!!

Alright my Evo has been acting up for no good reason... Its been randomly resetting, randomly freezing up on me, and my main concern is why the @!#$ do I keep getting error messages when downloading apps?

Its not all apps only some, it says "installation error:unkown reason- 18"
WTF is that!!??

Don't get me wrong I love my phone but wtf is going on? I dont drop it, over use it, I dont have like 100 apps on it nor do I run like 20 apps at a time and my screen isnt loaded with tons of widgets....

Can someone help me please, that doesn't result in me factory resetting my phone...

Do you have a Task Killer installed?

I do but I rarely ever use it, only when a certain app freezes on me, which is the reason why I just installed it not too long ago..

Since you don't have it on auto kill, that wouldn't be the cause of your prob.

Have you rebooted since this started happening?

Might want to get rid of it and check the last few apps you install. If this just start happening it could be something you download.

If the above do not work try updating your prl and data profile. Have you rebooted? When all else fails hard reset

Erggh!!! I have rebooted many a times...
Don't really remember when it started happening to check the apps I downloaded at the time. Arrrgh!!! I do remember updating my PRL not too long ago too.... let me try doing that again... thanks for your help everyone.
