Help X issue

Ok so I own a X and love the phone but this is my third one. The first two had microphone issues. My issue now is the screen. Sometimes it becomes un-responsive and at other times everything just opens up on its own and I lose total controll of my screen. I've taken my phone to the store but all they do is a hard reset the phone. Anyone else have this issue?

No it comes back but Im never by a Verizon store to prove that the phone is broken, so I always get "we will do hard reset and that should fix it"
 
what I am saying is, does it immediately fix the issue there in the store? As in does the problem come back in a day or 2 after you have reloaded all your apps ? Do you have a task killer?
 
This happened to me and my daughter when we installed android anti-virus. Are you using one?
 
It comes back like a day or two latter. Im not using any task killers but I do use launcher pro (the paid version) and I have a few games installed.
 
is there grease or liquid getting on the screen? this can cause widgets and shortcuts to be selected?
 
Nope no grease and I don't use any screen protectors. Ill wipe my phone screen with a micro fiber cloth occasionally
 
Beats me. I'd try calling vz @ 800 922 0204. Some phone tech support will give a new phone.
