I bought one the black with blue back and i liked it the only thing is it collects alot of dirt and dust on the back since it has all of those holes

chochinshy125 this thing fits your SF perfectly? Im just wondering because thats obviously the Vibrant in the pic and I know it has that hump/bulge we dont have
yeah it fit the fascinate perfect i liked it minus the collecting all the dirt on the back

Yeah thats a lot of little holes to clean out, better have a lot of toothpicks or something. I dont suppose you're noticed your phone running any hotter being enclosed like that?
It hasn't been any hotter then with any other case. I think the holes will let the minimal heat out from the phone but it is a really nice case i liked it until i took it off and saw all the dirt then was like i will go naked for now lol

Does anyone know if the top perimeter piece of this case is necessary? I am just looking for a case that covers the back of the phone. The black on black of the XMatrix appears it's just one piece that covers the back, but the white photos show the top piece. I bought other cases that just don't snap together correctly.
I have three of these cases in white, black and purple/black. I love them, having had several other hard plastic cases which are, as you referenced above, in 2 pieces. They are so hard to remove and could damage the phone trying.
I like the XMatrix because it is one piece and just wraps around the Fascinate with a thin edge that easily overlaps over the front of the phone and coordinates with the back. It is well made, but not thick and doesn't add bulk to the phone. I have no issues with the holes in the back. When I remove the case, I just wipe it off with a dry cloth and it is shiney clean. Not any hotter than other cases, and has holes to let out some of the heat. All in all a great case and highly recommended.

I have had the 2pc snap together cases and they are crap! the first time they need to be removed for something they break. i have one now that I got off ebay thats all one peice and I love it. Except for there not being holes for the power/speaker buttons. I couldnt get my phone to light up without the darn holes so I cut them out myself.
Just FYI, the XMatrix cases have cutouts for all the buttons and plug-in areas for the Fascinate. Very user-friendly in this way. I've tried other one-piece cases and all the buttons, etc. are covered over with the body of the case. You have to press over the plastic of the case (awful!).
