yakju steps simplified??

does anyone have the steps to change to yakju in a real simple form or maybe even a vid?

never ever rooted before so would like to try this first step..

is there a way of doing it without going into dos prompts?

i have canadian GSM version on 4.0.1

and running win7 64 bit,,,

Get the latest version of Wug's toolkit here: Wug's Galaxy Nexus Root Toolkit

Make sure you follow the driver setup instructions...they are step by step and take a little while, but they are crucial to success. Then, click the "Flash Stock + Unroot" button...it will prompt you for 4.0.2 and you click yes. Process takes like 5 mins. I was a ROM noob and I didn't have any issues at all.

does the program supply the 4.0.2 rom.. or do i go and get it??
 
so I switched my GSM Nexus over to yakju, was very easy hardest part is downloading the file from rapidshare,,,

anyhow within 5 mins of switching over i was offered upgrade for my phone, now on official 4.0.2...

the debate now is shoukd i root..... and if so what rom to put on
 
Im waiting for official .3/.4/.5 (whatever next update is) before decieding to root.

Was rooted but used the toolkit to unroot/lock and flash bavk to .2
