Help Yello triangle with exclamation mark?

[Redeyedmidget]

Hi, need some help with my phone. Looked everywhere but found no solution!

Turned it on and it has a yellow triangle with an explanation mark and will not charge? Any ideas?

The phone has been routed. Sorry if this has been discussed before but I've looked everywhere and it's driving me mad!

Thanks in advance.

The device must be bricked or semi-bricked. :/
