Yes I am trying to unroot to get it fixed... I still a little lost because I do not have a recovery... it just goes to the red triangle..

Take the sd card out of the phone, and connect it to a computer using a card reader, so you can copy over the necessary PC36IMG file(s). Then put it back into the device so you can flash the files in the bootloader.
P.S. The device with the red triangle is stock recovery. If you press both volume buttons and the power button at the same time while in there, the Menu options will appear (but there aren't many options).

Just finished with the PC36IMG file, still S-off with Revolutionary bootloader....Should I now try the original radio file?

Radio is now at 2.15.00.11.19 Hboot is at 6.16.1002.. not sure what else to do now
next you need to use the PC36IMG hboot 6.17 you can use android flasher or from the bootloader. either way is up to you. just follow the guide step by step.

Ahhh success! S-On, Radio at 2.15.00.11.19 Hboot at 6.17.0001 .... Looks like I'm clear to return this to sprint.... Any other advice so I dont get screwed by them again? I've already removed all the root files such as titanium backup etc.... any Android log files?

No, you're not ready to return it yet - you need to do the last step now, which is to flash the last PC36IMG to return it to stock.

so you did step 3 of the guide? to get stock rom and recovery? if so your hboot should have changed.

My new settings are : S-On, H Boot 2.10.0001 Radio 2.15.00.11.19

You should be good to go - though I must ask, is there a reason you chose that particular ROM and not the one from the OP?

No really reason really... since I'm returning the phone.. I didnt really think about it which is was probably my problem in the first place!

So update is I turned the phone in and all went well. When I got my phone back it was updated and the Hboot was updated and I was unable to root the way I did before with the revolutionary. I did root by unlocking the bootloader. I have not switched the S-OFF yet, still testing the waters with this. I put the MikG rom on and so far so good.
I am up for suggestions if anyone has any!

ok lets make sure that you are using the right method to unroot you. did you use revolutionary to root your phone? what is your hboot and baseband(radio)?
once we know this then we can steer you in the right direction.
