Root Your favorite ROM/Kernel combination?

What kernal do you recommend for good reliability using Froyo? I have rooted but still have stock rom. Not ready to wipe phone just yet.But I installed a wacky kernal im not happy with. Suggestions? Thanks.

well for sense roms the best ones in my opinion are netarchy toastmod kernels. just keep in mind that not all kernels will react the same way on all phones. so you kind have to play around with them a little. here is a guide that has all the terminology associated with kernels [GUIDE]

well if you have any htc widgets and such then you have a sense rom. the other type of rom is aosp(android open source project) roms. they do not have sense at all, just pure android. froyo is an android os just like gingerbread is. the only difference is that htc adds its own launcher on top of the android os. the kernels are specific to sense and aosp roms.

so all the ones you listed are indeed for sense roms.
