Youtube and Ping Chat on Orange UK

Hi, my first post here so be gentle please. Have just taken delivery of my HD and have a couple of small problems that i cant seem to figure out.
1. The youtube app will not let me play video unless connected to wifi.

2. When receiving a photo via Ping Chat it will only let me download it, again via wifi.

Not sure if this is an Orange problem or settings, email, internet mms etc work fine.

Thankss in advance, amd appoligies if this problem has been posted before, i did use the search feature but could not find anything.

You need to wait until you receive some SMS from orange before you can make calls etc even if it says orange and your getting a signal.

Have had the texts. Calls texts mms internet all work fine.

if you haven't already done so try a factory reboot of the phone, sometimes things can go a bit wonky and a reboot is always the best way
