Root Z4Root for Unrooting??

Lyvewire

I was one of the people that downloaded that bad PRL/RADIO/NV package and lost my 4G Key a while ago. I'm started to get tired of paying $10 for 4G and I dont even have and want to unroot my phone before bringing it in. I had a tech job root my phone last year so although I'm up to speed with flashing and etc I'm not confident I can unroot it the long way that I've seen. I'm looking to bring it to Sprint since I have full insurance.My questions are;

Has anyone used z4 to unroot?
Will it revert my phone back to to stock?
What has been your experience with this app?
If I'm to use this and take the memory card out would there be any traces or anything showing I was rooted at once point?

I've had the app for a few weeks now and been relunctant to use it not knowing if I'll be able to get my root back. I dont know what root version my phone has for the record.

Thanks in advance!

My understanding is that z4 root quit working awhile back, While I could be wrong I think that app quit working back in December when sprint pushed out their bloatware update.

There are some guys on here who know MUCH more than I do about unrooting...they should be able to walk you through it.

Also something to keep in mind...If you stay with sprint and you get another android phone even if it doesnt have 4g capabilities on it you will still have to pay the $10/mo fee for the "premium data plan"...I believe you have to do this with all android phones through sprint.

But if you are going to downgrade your phone, then I wouldn't want to keep my evo either.

Did I mention the Airave to you a couple weeks ago?
Look the Airave up and see if that's viable for you. I have one and I get perfect signal at the house, 3G data as well.
