I don't think so. When you order something you expected to be in stock(which I really don't think they had or not enough of) you expect your order to go seamless. Not quite the case here. I appreciate zaggirl's response but I think some of us feel a bit mislead thus the frustration. All it would take is an email saying that the deliveries are delayed due to high demand and low stock of the product. I wouldn't be wasting my time typing this. I don't believe any of that was mentioned in her post. Any updates zaggirl? Thanks
 
Actually, I am with you. I woulda been pissed if they didn't get here before the phone. I am letting yall know that the skins do exist though.

Mine changed to shipped at around 3:00 PM Central time today. I ordered on the 19th. Everyone just needs to RELAX
 
I ordered last tuesday the 20th and its still sitting on the loading dock, called them up and they said the item was on 'back order' when i ordered..... which wasn't mentioned anywhere on the site when i ordered it, the refunded the 2.99 shipping cost and said it should ship out tomorrow, hopefully i get it by friday or saturday since ill have my phone on Wednesday.....
 
I just put the one on for my Canon XS. I am not impressed with the fitment. I would take a macro shot, but that would be tricky given the situation. Basically the "precision" cut doesn't fit the led very well. The corners hang off. I might email them and see about a refund for this. I hope to god the incredible shield is on point or I am going to be pissed.
 
I'm sending the shield back when it comes in since they won't let me cancel. I ordered the damn thing on the 20th and it still shows on the dock. I'll just pick up a verizon one until I get a Steinheil crystal.

When is the last time you ordered a product from what you thought was a respectable company, then it took over 2 weeks to leave there warehouse, then its going to take 10 business days to deliver it! I have never had to wait that long, unless it was from Japan and ground mailed.....
 
Everyone's negative experiences with Zagg seal the deal for me to look for a protector elsewhere.

Sorry so many of you are having problems with them.
 
This item is preorder. THAT'S IT ZAGG! My wife will not be getting one of these now. I may just send mine back like the other guy.
 
I was told that mine would ship today. It was on the loading dock since Friday.

It didn't.

I'm willing to bet you will see your skin in the mail before you see your Incredible. I'm not sure how it took yours two weeks seeing it only took mine a week. Last time I ordered from them it took 2 days to receive it after it shipped. I don't see a need to get all hot and bothered, have some patience, it will be at your house soon enough.

The problem is they mislead people into believing they had these well over a week ago...

When in-fact it looks like they got their shipment of them in Thursday or Friday...

So you see, this what most people in this thread are complaining about... The fact that the company LIED to get advanced orders... They didn't say it was a "pre-order" or "pending shipment arrival" or anything else. They led people to believe they had them in stock and would ship 1-2 business days after order, which means in my case it should have shipped Monday or Tuesday of last week...

BTW I got my email las night saying it shipped. To bad I won't get it before I go out of town Friday. THAT'S WHY I ORDERED IT EARLY TO GET IT EARLY AND NOW IT'S NOT HAPPENING! YOU SHOULD HAVE HAD PREORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE ZAGG! THAT'S WHY I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN! (YES I'M YELLING)
