Assuming you have temp root already, download and install the app, then press install and grant it superuser. Now twrp is installed. Next you just need to download the supersu recovery zip and then reboot into twrp and flash it.

I already have permaroot, running butternoobv2. I just don't have r/w capabilities.
I'm just wondering if i just run the updated app to update the twrp already installed on my device

Sorry I missed your earlier posts. Yeah you just need to download and install the app and hit install recovery the same as what you did the first time.

I commented telling the uploader to update his description to give credit to the devs that made all that possible as well as add links to forums posts and what not. Hope he listens. I also noticed all the comments saying 'thanks' to him. If only people showed that type of appreciation to the devs.

If that was possible it would be great I don't know of any way though. I suppose if he were to change the download link every once in a while so these videos not giving credit will have to try to keep up with the new download links. That would just screw with them though. That could motivate them to just link to the forum post though so they wouldn't have to keep up with individual download links.

Its good that you take it seriously when someone tries to kang hroark13's work but honestly its kind of off topic and it would be better to put this stuff in its own thread.
I'm just thinking it would be good to keep this thread just about TWRP and report the kangers in a different thread in order to minimize clutter.
