Root ZV4 De-Sprint'ed and De-LG'ed..mostly.

Things to do:
Readd Setup Wizard. (Apparently even though it's DISABLED in build.prop)
Remove clock and find a working one.
Then this ROM will be ready for everyone, correct?

I fixed home with it's glitches by setting the G3 theme in settings. Also disabling the Smart Bulletin in the settings helped. (Settings>Home>Theme/Settings>Home>Smart Bulletin)
 
See, this is why I love you guys. It really helped me refine my ROM. (With all the kinks in the first one to the almost final build). I don't think I can add Google's clock. It says here it's for API 21 and we have API 19. There is currently no way to change any values in build.prop to L as you will get stuck in a bootloop+endless FC of Location Services.

That's the very newest one for L, you could use the one from Oct for the newest for KitKat. I'll have to check timely out too.
 
Yo! To whoever downloaded the laf.img that's on my account...
that's just there in case I brick! And if I need to restore using LGFlashTool.
You can use it too, I just didn't expect anyone to uh, download it.
 
Just wanted to let you know that there is a security error that pops up on boot after flashing the newest build. Only thing accessible at that point is CWM. Tried both a dirty flash and fresh. Same result. Was it not signed or something? I'm a lurker and have been enjoying the progress being made on this phone. Thanks for the hard work!

Forgot to mention...you can dirty flash. This just cleans out /system and replaces everthing. So /data or /ext-sd should be fine!

As far as the error is concerned, if you would be so kind as to give us a hash with the links we could determine if its safe to install the one we download. For all we know your copy works fine and the file was corrupted as you uploaded it, or as we downloaded it.
 
Erm. No. My phone does it too. I assume because LGDrm is in the way. I'll start all over again. (Making sure not to remove LGDrm...)

Didn't mean to be rude as to not providing mt MD5. It should be the same as the one on AFH.

Might be a dumb question but will this work with vm or boost as well or will there have to be specific versions made for those carriers?

No needed specific carrier ROMs.
Although, if people want it I can make different build.props people can paste into /system to make it carrier specific!
(Though it is pretty simple to change that one value that determines carrier name.)
 
I want feedback for now though. Do you guys like the Motorola camera instead of the Google camera?

Just installed after hearing it's fine on boost mobile so far so good much faster and everything working well. Two suggestions the normal camera app is much better and there are more options built into it so I would probably be best to keep it stock or give us the option to pick either one secondly when you go to change the lockscreen wallpaper nothing happens when you click the option and it would be great to be able to change it. Awesome work thanks alot!

I'll do the thing about the camera.
But uh..the wallpaper implementation on the lockscreen is working fine...

I just installed this to see if I like the G3 launcher (not impressed, BTW). Anyway, I checked the lockscreen wallpaper function and it did not work for me either. Installed via CWM, dirty flash. I did not try a factory reset to see if that would fix it.
