Root ZVB themes on ZVD

After getting the source code or whatever for D and seeing what actually changed, is it okay to run B theme's and ROM's on D without any ill effects?

I know Shiny is/was running GSE on ZVD without any problems.

Before I go piecing my own shit together I just wanted to make sure. I've done it before with no problems what so ever but this was RIGHT when D was released and before we got the source code. So now that we know what exactly was changed I figured this question would be more fitting now.

u might b able to use zvb themes with stock zvd but can't use them on broken out roms or ldrifta number two 2 ROMs different framework

Yeah I knew that. That's why I didn't mention those specifically cause I don't plan on running them. :D
