Oh alright man. It looks great so far, can't wait to see what else you got.
A lot of people have told you the notification bar from 1.7 was amazing I agree def keep that if you choose to lean more toward 1.4. Also I'm not sure if somebody else has said anything but a phone options drop down when you hold the power button would be amazing. & maybe add a few extra features like boot to recovery and 1 or 2 other great options. Along with silent mode I use that the most for class/work etc.

I was told to repost here! So here goes!
I have a few suggestions They're not anything major...
I am running on ZVB LDK Version 1.4 so just basing my thoughts from this ROM.
1. Perhaps you can do Homeless Kernel to make the battery life last a lot longer.
2. Battery icon that allows you to see the percent that the battery is on rather than just seeing it go down
3. Lockscreen change to probably one that slides up, and says "Charged, Charging" when the phone is charging.
4. The buttons are hard to see the options cause the grey is so light on the black, perhaps changing that colour scheme so it is easier on the eyes
5. I don't like when I missed a call it puts a bubble on the contacts icon =\
6. Love the dialer pad!
7. Love the smiles but they can be a little darker, it is rather bright and hard on the eyes
8. I don't know if you can change this but at the top the icon bar, I don't like how there are random black spaces, I guess there are place holders for icons. I don't know if you can change that but I thought I'd point it out.
I don't really have any other request. Like I said I love your work and appreciate what you do.
I am really excited to see the new version for ZVB, ZVC and ZVD.

Have you tried flashing any themes? Sounds like most of your request can be fixed just by flashing a theme.

haha yeah sorry i havent updated the zvb version in a while.. mainly because we dont have lockscreen mod for zvb with stock lockscreen
but most of whats mentioned is fixed in 1.8 (coming soon for zvb-c-d)the test is on my zvd awareness thread if yu want to try it.. and for those of you still in the past... update soon!! lol i will eventually be making everything zvd only, not any time soon lol like months from now.. but it will happen.. and zvd is running extremely well!!! its very safe!! just dont try flashing zvb/c stuff on it and youll be fine!! there already a rom and few themes available..
im sure other devs/themers (who are still here) will be considering the same as well... no need to have multiple versions of older releases hanging around... zvd as of now is the best update iv'e seen so far, and it was pushed within weeks of zvc so obviously there a good reason lol

Yes, I plan on updating to ZVD because I heard nothing but great things about it. But I will go ahead and wait for you to push and finalize your ROM for that version before I update. I just love your ROM It's great.
When you finalize your updated ROM for ZVB I will update to that, and await when it will be convenient for me to update to ZVD and go through the process again. I am really excited for you to finalize with your new update though. I am awaiting patiently as you iron things out =D

Hey. So my opinion may be a little different from everyone else too. I liked 1.4 The minimal look. I like the fact that it looked close to "stock" I've been using 1.4 but went ahead and downloaded the new file you posted in ths thread and the 1.7 and Kane of Mars theme (he has a few things I liked)
So here is my wish list:
1. Start with base of 1.4
2. I like the 1.4 lockscreen, just wish it was clear (like Kane of Mars ICS theme)
3. ICS Roboo font. Didn't like the new font, too small.
4. I like the ICS animations from the new file, even the removal of the CRT shut off. (I like it stock.
5. ICS battery from 1.4 (anyway to make it clear? It looks a little blurry)
6. Stock (or close to it) status bar icons (not a fan of the mismatched icons.
7. 1.4 buttons (for example the "clear" in notification bar
8. ICS blue text in settings/about phone (and elsewhere where the text is that funny LG greenish color)
9. I like the black/white look of the settings menu (didn't like the icons from 1.7)
10. Is there anyway to replace the LG "greenish" color with the ICS blue in most places? Like when you put the volume up that box that pops up.
I guess I'm looking for something as close to a CM9 or stock ICS look as possible.
If I'm asking for too much just let me know. I know you're working hard and can't please everybody! I appreciate your work.
(oh and I forgot to say that I love the Text app new look!)

hope i dont get into trouble for saying this but i just wanted to complement you on the nice water bong lol...sorry i couldnt help it.anyway i like the ics theme on ldk-ick v1.3 its really nice.although im not sure if anyone else is having the problem but sometimes when i send a text the screen goes black,i can see the outer edges of the text screen but everything else is black...now it did this before i went to zvd any suggestions?????

You dont need to unroot to update friend. The ZVD update will remove the root anyway

So I'm on a stock ROM, and have ZVD...is it possible to flash PlayFulGod's Extreme II that's based on ZVC to my phone? I don't seem to find any ZVD ROMS yet so I'm just wondering if that's possible.

Everyone is saying not to flash zvc/b stuff over zvd. I did and it was no fun recovering my phone. Just wait. I'm having anxiety attacks too waiting
