Hotmail emails reappearing in gmail account

Maybe you have too many accounts registered on your emails. This can cause the large number of emails you are getting. Whenever you register on a website, you agree that you will get some informational emails. I had such a problem with my old emails. The easiest solution to stop this is to create another email. You can read on folderly.com how to get rid of these spam emails, but it will take a lot of your personal time. This is why I think that the best solution would be to create a new email and not register anything.

Help How long to do a backup to a flash drive using SanDisk Memory Zone?

The reason that I want to use the Sandisk Memory Zone app is because in addition to copy function it also has a backup/restore function. I was planning on using the backup function to copy my music to the flash drive and could then restore it if I ever needed to. Does that sound like a good plan? Or should I just do it the way that you suggested? If I just want to put a copy of my music on the flash drive I could just plug it into my Mac and copy my music that way.

I think either method is ok, as they're only copying music files from one storage medium to another.

Help - com.android.settings disabled

No, just a custom android device doing a development on.

"kiosk mode" is only something I've read about with Android, and that is either to do with prison issue tablets, like the Jpays, or a device that is used for a dedicated purpose, like for a sales counter or a tour guide device.

I'm not a dev of course, but I think if want someone to help you debug your project, maybe you need to post your code, and/or what the exact hardware is you're working on?

Help Dodgee N20 sharing internet with pc slow

I guess it also may be related to the LTE/4G and 3G data frequency bands the phone is capable of receiving, and those of your carrier or network.
It's not a bad phone, despite your Freudian slip if you are in the UK (It's a Doogee N20) but there were better phones even for that money or less. You were possibly suckered by Amazon or other site in a quick search.

Depending on the world region you bought it, you can compare the 4G bands on the phone with those your carrier uses.A quick browse yesterday seemed to show a limited number of bands on that phone, but I may be wrong.

I only use my phone, and a Mifi dongle with a sim card, to have home wifi. You say it's been OK previously for you, and where I am in the UK most unlimited data plans allow unlimited tethering as well.

activity restart due to Configuration Change

My activity is getting restarted, to avoid this I have added the possible configuration changes in my Android manifest still activity getting restarted. The android manifest as below

Please could you tell me what is this s.5 to s.7 change stands for?

Permanently Disable Weather Alerts?

and double check to see if you have allowed notifications from your browser. some websites will send you notifications to your phone.
Well, I may have found it. I don't mind weather alerts coming in; it's that horribly screechy alert sound I object to. I found the text of the weather alert in my text messages which indicates to me it was a text. I didn't know text messages would do that horrible sound that would wake the dead.

I had TMobile disable text messaging on my line for ten years or more and recently changed my rate plan and I guess they turned texting back on when they did it. I also found about fifty other BS messages in there, too.

Just another reason to again to disable texting. I think I'll call TMobile and tell them again to disable texting on my line.

Connecting phone with an audio interface (focusrite)

Regarding the audio interface issue, your Galaxy J7 (2016) apparently has a microUSB port and supports OTG so that port does allow for charging and data transfer, but it might not necessarily also support audio in/audio out too. If it was a USB Type-C port than yes, that has additional pins and with more functionality than microUSB.

As for data transfers, try connecting your phone directly to the other device, bypassing that USB hub.
