Help Any way to disable search for available network popup?

I have the same problem. I am Canadian and live near the US border so I have to keep the network selection as manual so that my phone doesn't roam. It's the only way to prevent it.
Unfortunately at my home I have next to zero reception, so the "search for available network?" popup happens repeatedly.
There must be a way to disable this. Something in the root or something? An app? I could put it on airplane mode but then I can't seem to use wifi, so what's the point of using the phone at all? It really seems like a massive oversight on Google's part to not at least have a work-around. The OS on my old galaxy did not do this. I'm on a fairly new s21 now.

Failing to download bluestacks and ldplayer win10

I don't use Windows, so I can't really help you with it. The official Bluestacks site, downloads a 683MB DMG file((macOS disk image installer) on my Macbook, which is actually the whole Bluestacks 4 Android system, no additional download required.

Are you downloading and trying to install Bluestacks from their official site? https://www.bluestacks.com/

LDPlayer is Windows only, so of course I can't help with that. However their site pushed me a 2.9MB EXE file. Which presumably does need an additional data download to fully install their Android emulator. Assuming you got a reliable solid internet access, and that LDPlayer's download servers are online, it should install correctly.
