no idea on where you can find them.....maybe try and message one of the developers over at xda......mainly the ones who made tab 2 roms back in the day, and ask them if they know of anything or have anything you can use.

maybe a larger monitor? i have no experience in android studio though. maybe make the font size bigger from your computer's settings?

I can't say I've had any similar issues with my S9 other than a flaky cable or two. It charges fine with and without wires.
Anyway I agree the next thing to try is wired charging with a known good cable and charger. If that produces the same result even after extended time on the charger, the battery may be bad or there may be a hardware problem with the phone.
One more thing to try is connect it to a PC with the proper Samsung drivers installed and see if it is detected and can be opened to view the storage.

Yes, the different aspect ratios mean that you can't just use the diagonal as a way of comparing screen sizes these days.

There was a guy over in an Apple forum the other week who seemed incapable of understanding that the iPhone 12 Mini (5. 4" diagonal) had a smaller screen than the iPhone 8 Plus (5. 5" 16:9), even though the 8 Plus was 14mm wider. Manufacturers (or their marketing departments) seem to encourage this confusion too (though I guess that's what marketing is about...).
