Many thanks again for the help and the various options The USB c to HDMI cable would be the best way for me but having tried that once and finding the cable I purchased incompatible, my final question is : does anyone know of a specific brand of cable(s) that would actually work for my particular phones ( Moto G Power XT 2165 DL and a Stratus_C7)

Glad it worked for you. But just in case it helps to understand what a reset does, the name "factory reset" can be misleading. All it does is delete files in the /data partition (settings, user-installed apps, all app data). It doesn't do anything to the /system partition, where the ROM lives. So it won't actually undo updates and return you to the Android version the device was originally loaded with. It's a "factory reset" in the sense that it "resets the device to the state it would be in if it had left the factory with the system software it currently has installed". Some people try to say "factory data reset" to make this clearer.

So I'm not surprised that it's now on 13. I guess the problem was some data file that was incompatible with the A13 update and was removed by the reset.

So the question is which LTE bands does Verizon use and which bands does that phone support? You may want to do your own checks, but from the quick web searches I did it did not look hopeful.

(The "CDMA" standard doesn't use SIMs, and LTE isn't a CDMA technology. So while Verizon are historically a CDMA network talking about a "CDMA SIM" just causes confusion. Best just to say "will it work with a Verizon SIM?").

My ex is stalking me and I have gone through 24 devices in 2 years. I think he has help. Shell app, work profile, Calculator and clock. Do I need a lawyer and device forensics. Oh cops no help. Stalker is ex cop, he is also a predator and digital peeping tom. He is also using my PayPal, Amazon ( yes he gave me an amazon alexa as my first gift and heard at least 3 other women he is stalking and was using my Amazon to listen to them) Have parental apps and apparently he signs into my device through guest user as PC SYNC. How do I stop him???? He stalks the sex workers because nobody cares and young women on Facebook. Anyone with daughters, wives and mothers should be scared. The videos he has on his PC omg!!!!!!! Sick, Sick man. Do I need a lawyer? how do I stop this perverted pychopath? More importantly he has stolen my identity, owns all my social media and unable to recover as everyone I know is now being watched. I have become a porn star and now an artist/digital creator on FB.
