All that any of that is to do with new devices, and parts for repair.

Nothing that will affect using an app store other than Google.

Thoughts on cameras

I'm in the process of releasing my first app. Whilst uploading to the play store I notice it asks you what countries you want to distribute it to. I'm not sure what to select here.

My app is currently only translated in English. I was planning to release initially in English speaking countries (primarily so I can understand and feedback/reviews/errors from users), and if/when I'm happy with the app, I could look at rolling it out to other countries.

Are there any rules/recommendations as to where you can distribute if you don't translate the app? For instance, there's plenty of English speaking people in France, but would I be 'punished' if I didn't translate it to French when selecting that country?

Similarly, can users see what language the app is in before downloading it? I wouldn't want users to think the app is available in their language when that's not the case, as obviously they'd be disappointed.

How much free storage space is in your phone's internal storage?
And just to confirm, taking pictures are still OK and this problem is happening only when trying to record video? Or are both a problem?
Does it make any difference if you use the front selfie camera or the rear main camera? Or are both having this problem with videos?

Hadron, thanks for responding. I agree completely that the message makes no sense and certainly isn't specific enough to be helpful. Unfortunately Sister doesn't recall exactly what she had open/was doing at the time the message appeared. I've asked her to be on the lookout for any recurrence and to immediately take note of what she was doing, etc. We'll see. Maybe it will never appear again.

I'm installing android studio to use with UE4 but I have to install it on my SSD as my C drive is jam packed.

I can't find the SDK anywhere.

Do i have to install it on my C drive? i've installed and uninstalled and deleted everything and tried again so many times and the SDK is never in my folder.

Any help?

While trying to download dependencies in Android Studio, it throws "Connection timeout" error. If VPN is not connected it works fine. While connected to VPN, all android studio network calls fails ( like check for updates, plugin downloading ..)

I am using gradle v3.6.2. There is no proxy available in project and global gradle.properties. I have tried "Invalidate and restart" option but no luck. If I try with proxy in IDE or gradle.properties, got "connection reset" error. How to resolve the issue with VPN connected as I wanted to download dependency from proxy.

That's a severe case! But as you say, showroom demo model, sits in the shop for months with the screen permanently on at full brightness and mostly showing the same demo screen - it could scarcely be better designed to produce burn-in, but it's nothing like most people's real usage.

The closest to that I can think of that might happen in real life would be someone who drives for many hours every day using the phone for navigation in bright daylight (so high screen brightness). The map itself would move, so would not be a high risk, but parts of the display that always showed the same object would be vulnerable. So if you do that for a living and insist on using the phone that way then maybe I'd be wary of AMOLED - though if that is your life you could just buy a satnav and then you don't have to worry. Otherwise though it isn't a big concern in my experience.

If it would export to excel and not PDF it would work, prefer if I needed need events as well but I can manage that. I have discovered a better term to search for is Attendance Register", but same problems with not been able to export to excel, or cant pre-enter visiters to the app for quick select, others are all around school classes and workers salaries.

I got in touch with Wix and they said there is no way to export to excel.

This has become extremely frustrating. To the point I'm going to look how difficult it is to make an app lol...

I have basic android websocket sample code which works fine with "ws://echo.websocket.org" but when I try with "wss://xyz.vpnliveserver.abc/mnw" does not work. I think it could be due to VPN as the live URL cannot be accessed without VPN connection.

Any advice will be helpful.
