As I wrote above, what is the point of changing batteries if the "new" battery was likely made at the same time as the battery that came with the phone.

I have a situation where some of my apps like Facebook and Twitter don't display the number of notifications in the little window on the icon on my new 10e. It is showing it for the updates available for Google Play Store, but nothing else. Is there a way to change this?

Have a look at https://www.gsmarena.com/ and some of the Chinses brands (Oukitel/Doogee/Elephone etc but give XGody a wide berth, they make cheap/n/nasty clones)

You would have to replace the bootsamsung.qmg, bootsamsungloop.qmg and shuddown.qmg and give them the proper chmod (permissions).

You paid $60 too much. It's literally a $10 device.

Consider it done!

I found the solution!

Buy a new phone, with Android 10 on it, and use its settings to turn off screenshot notifications.

I am using https://developer.android.com/training/appbar/actions.

How do I add the menu items to the toolbar?!?!?!?!?!?! Who wrote this unusable documentation?

I even had to ghetto rig how to add the toolbar because setSupportActionBar() didn't even work. I ended up adding the toolbar to a LinearLayout.

Plus they don't even give you the implementation you need to use!!!!!! I had to find it on StackOverflow.

Thanks

You make factory reset and that's all

Well, if you have a backup of your data that were on your dead phone then its easy to restore them from backup. Its a general thing to come across a dead screen issue but what matter is the data stored on it. But if you don't have a backup then you should look for a professional recovery tool that can help to recover lost data from dead phone. There are many online software available to help you recover data from dead Android phone.

Hello @aquilareale, welcome to Android Forums .

It is English only, so could you please translate your question for us?.

Thank you .

This may or may not work but look into using the BitPim utility:

Be prepared to do some finagling to get it to detect your phone (the mounting menu is a bit rough), but your biggest challenge will be finding a suitable USB cable for your flip-phone. Most of them only had proprietary connectors that were only used by the accompanying, custom power adapter so that can be a challenge. There's a lot of them on Amazon but it depends on just what the model I.D.

Okay, I merged post from your latest thread up to the top of this one so it's like the old one never happened. I also gave the thread a name which might help attract the attention of someone who knows about "Infer Constraints". Hopefully that will help.

contact facebook......not much we can do here.

The problem seems solved!
In the Google folder all of a sudden has appeared a new button 'files' (see picture), when I click on that I find under 'categories' my downloads back!

Hopefully they are not going to change things too much anymore now...

Thank you all for helping out!

Sorting by size would have to be a feature of the particular message app. I've never seen it in any app I've used..

Copy that. Thanks for the info!
