I have a Huawei p8lite. When I listen to downloaded music, sometimes not all the time the song restarts when it's mid way through, it's so annoying. Has it happened to anyone else? How do I fix this issue?

It's impossible to spoof the latest Snapchat to run on Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread. Snapchat has code that prevents it from running on old android versions.

Maybe you might get lucky trying the oldest version of snapchat you can find. In the following link at the bottom there is version 3.0.1. Try that one and see what happens...

Just got the following suggestion on another forum and it seems like it may have fixed it. I had tried restarting the phone several times to no avail, but killing and restarting from with Nova Launcher itself seems to have done it.

thank you sooooo much. Still works to this day. Bricked this and got a volt 2 stuck in bootloop so i tossed them in a junk drawer. Got them out to tinker with...on to the volt 2.

Weird, got a crash today and it wouldn't SEND the report - the send option was grayed out! But I had a couple other crashes that I sent reports for and still nothing.

Looks like I can view the logs from the "send report" screen, so I got what I needed from there. "Send Feedback" just closes the send report screen.

Still not sure why I'm not getting the report, but I published an update with a fix for this problem, at least.

It's probably from farming and pesticides..... very sad indeed

Well just remember as newer phones comes out, the security for them advances along with the technology.... so it does get harder to root phones. As of now there is no easy method like those one touch apps from the past. But done manufacturers have still left it easier to gain root...... such as the pixel phones.

plus learning how to root you will gain some understanding and knowledge. If something goes wrong with the one touch method via an app, you will not have the knowledge to recover your phone.

This is one reason why this forum exists. If you have questions on rooting or need help with it, you have us here for help.

Main thing before you root, do your research before diving in to rooting your device. Be prepared and you should be alright.

If you're having a problem with a loose connection between the USB port and the plug end of USB cable, that's a hardware issue. When you plug in your USB cable, it's held in place by friction fit. Since you tried different cables it's very unlikely the plug end on each has wore down the same way.That would indicate the USB port being the issue. Some phones do have things like the USB port being modular and readily replaceable, but most of them involve a matter where the USB port is soldered directly to the motherboard. Phones may appear to be roughly the same in appearance but internally they are very different with a really wide range of varying hardware configurations. What phone model you do have?

I disabled the melody app and the phone stopped doing this! It was the MELODY app

GO into settings; apps; tap radio app or in my case MELODY APP; tap stop notifications= this stopped an auto trigger and Shake awake mode as well. You can also control this app through gadgets and widgets and yes, Bixby is a part of the interaction! Both Google Assistant & Bixby spy on you to bring the content that most interests you and you'll notice it when you go on to your Google and it will start suggesting things for you out of the blue that you've been talking to your friends about! Bixby isn't as invasive as Google Asst.

you're not going to be able to install windows apps onto your phone.
If its an android app, the easiest way it to search for that app using the play store on your phone. It will then install automatically for you without any problems.

IF you found the android app using your windows device AND IT IS NOT in the playstore. I would strongly advise against installing that app.
There is a significant risk that it is compromised by some 'dishonest' person before you downloaded it.

Best advice is to avoid those.

Well if you name the app someone might know whether this is normal for the app or not.

In general message notifications clear when you read the message - this works fine for email, SMS, even Facebook notifications (Facebook is my go-to example of a poorly-written app: it's quite happy to post a notification for a story that you read an hour ago, which is one reason I turn notifications off for the wretched thing). So if this app isn't doing that the best advice I can give at the moment is to contact the app developer, since it sounds like they are not handling notifications correctly (or at least not in the way you expect. There isn't a system setting for this, the app developer has chosen how they are cleared (or not), so unless there is a setting in the app it will be up to them to correct it.

I don't really see how 3 years has anything to do with it. This website is much older than that, and Google is still around. The internet is usually pretty stable I thought, but anytime I try to find tools and roms for my LG Optimus f3 it's like a graveyard hehe. ah well, thanks ~

Samsung electric corporation no long makes Note 4 batterys and most likely the battery you purchased was a fake. Also, the slim high capacity advertising 5690amh with the same size as the original are also untrue. The Acesoft battery is ok but I can say Id recommend it but its works. The external battery pack integrated into a case I would recommend. Its a Stallion. About the size of an Otter box only a bit heavier.
