Did you get the Samsung servers to cooperate on announcement day, or did you try again later? It took a couple of hours, but I finally managed to get through - only via the Shop Samsung app - and pre-ordered my Z Fold 4!

There were a couple of promotions. One was a storage upgrade: 512 GB for the price of 256! That's great... but that offer did not extend to the 1 TB option! That frosted me a bit as my Z Fold 3 has 422 GB full! I wasn't going to pay that much for the upgrade, though, so I have some cleanup to do.

I created a Web View App via Android Studio. I generated an apk (modstoapk.com) and installed it on the mobile phone. Successfully ran.
Then I needed to add Admob to it. After coding, Apk was generated without any errors. But when I installed the Apk, App crashed on the mobile phone. So I noticed and updated & sync Build.gradle is the reason for the crash.
So, How do I solve it?

Can anyone share a working copy of /etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules. please? An "apt install android-sdk-platform-tools-common" fails to provide it on Debian 10.9.

Research caused me to manually create the file with the following contents:

Well, if people tell me that what we should expect is the same as looking in a mirror I completely disagree. Take a look at this video for instance. For me I would expect like if a camera was filming me in order to be able to read signs and text in the background when watching the video.

Since the front camera can be used to shoot videos, it should not be like a selfie

Much like open camera's option does, and also cartoon film too, but I want an app that does every color tint ever imaginable so I can photograph everything in different colors without crashing the app, and take a huge creative outlook to it as well. Keep in mind not looking for after photographs, I am looking for a live feed so I can photograph it and have it on my gallery.

Suddenly my phone (Lenova Legion Duel) stopped working and I had to factory reset. I have my whatsapp backed up at regular intervals to my 100GB google drive. After resetting my phone and restoring from google account, all the apps got installed along with whatsapp. But when I try to configure whatsapp, it says "No backup found" even though I used same google account and same SIM card (same number). Pls see the below screenshot. I also checked my google drive and noticed that it has "whatsapp" backup as well.

Also, tried it on different new Phone with same google account and same SIM but got the same result!

Appreciate any quickest possible reply with a solution!

Last weekend, my Redmi note 10S with MIUI 13 got its update to Android 12 by Xiaomi.
Since then, apps cannot control Wi-Fi anymore.
I used to use tasker together with tasker settings to switch off my Wi-Fi at night.
This worked until last weekend, but since the update, the phone always brings up a confirmation dialog.
The dialog only has 2 buttons "Deny once" and "Allow once" but no "Allow always".
This is total crap, as it doesn't allow for automated Wi-Fi control anymore.
I tried other apps for Wi-Fi control from the play store but they show the same issue.
Does anybody know a way to disable this confirmation dialog for good?

Hi All. I know it's my first post but I wanted to share the following because many Android users are effected with this issue.
I have a Samsung S-22 Ultra and ever since I installed the latest Instagram update, I wasn't able to log in. Whenever I clicked on the App, I would get a white blank screen (others get a black blank screen). I did lots of research and nothing worked. I tried clearing the cache, uninstalling the app, starting in safe mode, installed prior versions of Instagram, on WiFi, on Data plan...etc... Then there was a new system update for my android device and I thought that this would fix it due to the IG app not liking the OS but of course I was wrong.. Someone had suggested to do a factory reset but I didn't think that this was necessary. Anyways, I came across someone suggesting to use the "parallel App" or "Dual App" function... And that lead me to the following solution and I hope this will work for many too. This fix will work for most Android devices as the majority of Android phones are effected by this bug.

1st.-Check under settings, if your phone has “parallel App” or” Dual app” function. Simply open settings and search for it. If you find it, go into that setting and turn on Instagram and even Facebook. Now try to open Instagram. If it doesn’t work or if you can’t find this setting in your phone, then simply proceed with the next step. Go to the Google play Store and search for “Parallel Space” and install it. Here is the link to make it easier for you – – https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lbe.parallel.intl – – then select Instagram. Most likely the app will tell you that it selected Facebook automatically if you have it installed on your phone so they can crosslink. Now click to open Instagram within the same app. It will ask you for your IG login and you will be in. Thereafter, you can simply open the app with the regular app that used to give you a blank screen before…don’t be afraid…. NOW, if you have a newer phone, you might be asked to install the 64 bit version . If you have to do that, simply install it but the 64 bit app doesn’t let you do anything except for reading terms and conditions. I think that the regular version and the 64 bit version are connected in the background. Anyways, if you are asked to install the 64 bit version, go ahead with that, open it once and then get out and go back to the regular version of the app that you downloaded initially. – – Like I said, install the 64 bit version, open it and leave it. Then go back to the regular version you downloaded and select Instagram. Facebook will be crosslinked if you have the app on your phone. Then open Instagram from within the “Parallel Space” App.. Enter your IG login info and you should be in…And once again, after you got into IG, you can use the regular app that you used to click on which gave you a black or white blank screen… VOILA…. Let me know if it works.

I creat shortcuts for google maps directions on my home screen. These directions are for dropped pins to specific coordinates. Some with added stops enrout.
The default shortcut created by google maps has a name consisting of the coordinates themselves. I need to apply a custom name to these shortcuts instead of the default coordinate numbers so I can know which is which.
Google maps doesn't seem to offer any such option, nor have I found one in android's options or an app that would do so in the google play store.
I have recently learned how to use ADB to customize which apps are loaded at boot up and would be willing to try and use it to achieve my desired results but have no idea if it's possible or where to start if it is.
Does anyone have any thoughts on the subject that they could share with me to that end? I would appreciate any help on the issue that someone could offer.

My phone stopped backing up whatsapp in May and will not back up manually. The phone is doing all sorts of odd things and needs factory reset but I don't want to lose chats between May and now. It is expensive to use a third party app just for one backup, I can access the whatsapp folder on the sd card but it only has actual backups so where do I find chats between the last backup and now?

I'm about to tear my hair out. I have been using the built-in email app on this phone for several years. My email is an sbcglobal.net one. Suddenly I can't log in. It says my password isn't right. I deleted the email data and cache. I deleted the account. But when I try to set up a new account, it just gets in a loop and keeps asking for the email address and password. Sometimes "202" appears on the screen. This email address and password are working just fine on my PC and on my Samsung galaxy tablet. I'm totally baffled.Truly appreciate any advice,!

Here is a first take of the phone. Though it is an upgrade, they are not staggering. It does sound like they are on the right track with the upgrades in making a better phone. There isn't a decrease in the release price but that's certainly not surprising. I'm anxious to read other reviews.

I'm still loving my Sammy Watch3. I passed up the 4 and will likely pass up the 5. I will say this, the Watch3 has been a solid daily driver for me. If the 5 is as good. it will make someone a great watch. If my watch was showing it's age or giving me grief, I would be taking a hard look at the 5.

Who is interested in this watch? I'm super curious to see what price range it has at release.
