6/4 here with two phones on order. Did not get a shipping notice so I called CSR again this morning to see if they had something to tell me. Rep tells me ONE of my phones was actually shipped out on friday and I should expect it delivered today. The other one is on backorder and won't ship until furthur notice (notice??? What notice???)
Anyway, I asked for the tracking number on the phone that was shipped and he said he didn't have one. Should I believe him and expect my phone today??

went from sort facility to local facility last night....but something tells me that they will deliver it to the murfreesboro facility today, and I wont get it until scheduled tomorrow...so just thinking out loud.... its at a hub 25 mins north of me, and today it will travel down the interstate, less then 5 mins away from my front door, to go to a facility 15 mins south of me.

Ok I have a question it just occurred to me I have tracked my package about ten times a day since getting the tracking info. Am I the only one? With OCD that is.
OK, I've been patient enough and need to vent for a second. Ordered 6/4...VZN rep said week & a half possibly 2 weeks. I called the VZN order status. They have no idea. I wish I woulda got that Motorola Droid like my wife wanted but the HTC Droid was free with that purchase. Now I'm using my wife's old pink Razor because mine had a nasty fishing accident. I had no idea it would be a month or more. I still do not know when my phone is getting here. I just wanted a phone that would help me be where I'm supposed to be, on time.
SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE MY HTC DROID IS....

vzw already promised me a credit on my account if it doesn't ship by then and the CSR is going to do a follow-up before then to make sure i am on track. can't wait to join the club. this is my first smartphone!
I don't see why you would be scheduled to get your package on Wednesday though, it should be Tuesday like the others who shipped on 6/27. Maybe Fedex is really busy.
Actually this is where I've donated all my old phones, so the BB Curve will be showing up within the next couple of weeks! Come on, Verizon... give me hope!![]()
I am in Murfreesboro as well. I am a 6/11 order so I have some time left to wait, so feel good that you will have it way before I will.

Ordered mine in-store on Sunday 6/20. Verizon's website is calling for a shipment by date of 7/26, which is bad news for me. I guess I can take solace in the fact that I'll have a new device (finally) soon, and, at the most, will be here within 22 days. I may call VZW to see if there are any exceptions, or if they have any Incredibles to send out. I'm just impatient as hell.

I hate that store as well. I ordered online on 6/11 with a ship date of 7/9. But I just got off the phone with the local best buy and they told me they have a special deal with HTC to get the phones quicker, in about 5-7 days. I am on the phone with vzw trying to cancel my order right now.
Damn, that sucks donkey nuts......Well, here's a new wrinkle..I just talked to Verizon Customer Service and she confirmed this with her boss..
Originally, I ordered the Incredible on 6/17 and was told that it would first go out on 7/17 but by the end of the call they told me it would go out on 7/21.
Zoom ahead to today..
I was told that the very earliest that I could expect it to be shipped is 7/28 and more likely after that. The backlog is getting so long that they cannot keep up with the orders.
There is simply no excuse for this nonsense. I could chew steel and spit ten-penny nails right now.
scream first, then stress out, (just a little), then look at pics of kitten kung fuOk....so what advise do you have for those of us waiting and waiting....what should we do first besides scream?
It's a wonder we're all keeping our sanity over this because it seems that each week starts out the same and turns into a vicious cycle...
Monday....Perhaps my phone will ship this week!

Perhaps once our wait is over we may actually laugh about this.... or not! 
Typically, I am not a believer in destiny or divine intervention or anything like that. However, this Goat f*ck from Verizon has me rethinking my position on these things.
Evidently, my decision to enter the Smartphone arena was made at on exactly the precipice of the Perfect Storm. In life, sometimes you get the bear and sometimes the bear gets you. Well this time the Bear mauled my ass bloody.
Between the screen issues and Verizon's ever increasing wait times, there are too many factors working against this device for my comfort. I refuse to wait until August just to find out the suppliers of the power buttons went "toes up" and pushed the device back to a Christmas timeframe.
My hat's off to all of you that have gutted it out for your Incredible and to those that are stil waiting. I salute you one and all but I am pulling the plug on this patient and moving to the Druid X.
Fare well, I suspect I will be logging into the Droid X "where the hell is it' forums after july 15th..I may see some of you there.
