Unofficial Incredible Wallpaper Thread

so i made myself a custom wallpaper in photoshop today. it's a lot of different shades of red. when i set it as the wallpaper on the phone, i find that's it's dithered all to hell. very, very visible color banding.

i know just enough about photoshop to be dangerous... is there any way around this?

Jpeg. I got it fixed, just added 1% gaussian noise to the rgb channel. Homemade dither.

Hello everyone I'm new to Android and just got my call from Verizon that I can pick up my Dinc today! I'm coming from a BB Storm and I very much dislike it lol. I apologize if this is a noob question but how do i get this great resolution wallpapers onto the Dinc? I especially like some of the ones by XXXdc5 and ThirtyFour.

Also any other suggestions on what I should change/do to the Dinc or purchase for it please PM me as I'm new at this and open to suggestions as well as could use some advice. Thanks
