Sure. Just so you know though this paper is from Zedge which is a free app in market

I think it was under "featured" you do have to take some time and scroll through to see them all though.

I have downloaded a wallpaper from Zedge, and go thru the steps and save it, and it says it is set as my wallpaper, but it is not, there is one of the stock HTC WP's set.

What do I need to do?

Check to be sure the phone is reading your SD card

There is with LauncherPro. Not with stock Sense though.
