One of my favorites. Took the picture myself and did some editing on photoshop to give it a more retro/grungy look.

A quick edit to my own comment: There is a "red matrix" live wallpaper available. Its on the Android market, but don't search under Matrix. Search under "digital rain". Its awesome, you can adjust the colors, text, size and speed. It works well in my opinion. But the funny thing is that after I put it on, I missed my regular wallpaper and just changed back to it, lol.
 
Sorry if this is a newb question, but how would I get one of these photos and place it on my phone. Do I need a USB to do this? Thanks for your help

The easiest way is to view the page on your phone and long press on the picture. It will give you the option to save the photo on your sd card. That will work for any photo on any website.
 
Is anyone taking requests for Live Wallpapers? If so, I would like the Droid Incredible eye moving back and forth, then when it lights up, make it be something cool like maybe the corvette logo or the android robot.
