Switching to DX. What phone do you currently use?

I am upgrading from a Motorola RAZR as well. I've had one for years and like it (first dropped in a toilet so I got another rather than something different), but it is time to move on.
 
LG VX8600 don't really know how this compares to the other oldies, but its getting up there in years, things have stopped working, and its way past warranty

i had an inc now i have a xv6800 thats my backup phone.
holding me over for a few more days!! :)
 
I'm currently toting an LG Chocolate (generation, unknown). It's not easy to admit that btw. I think I would have gotten better cell service from an actual chocolate bar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In going from the LG to the "X", I rather feel like a kid going from a sling shot to a particle beam accelerator.
 
Samsung (wait a) Moment (i need to pull the battery again to make it work again). The neatest crappy phone ive had thus far.
 
I am coming from the Droid. I am making the smallest leap in this thread considering I am even running a Droid X theme :P
 
I'm switching from the original iphone 2g. It'll be nice to not have to wait a minute before a web page loads.

I think I win the biggest leap. ;) I have an LG VX8300! The phone is over three years old and I've never had a problem with it. It's actually great as a phone. Awesome reception, great battery life, good speaker quality, and made like a brick. I've dropped it a bunch and never had a problem. The only problem is I want the internet too badly so have decided to make the leap. :D So, I've been waiting for a phone with great phone qualities as those often seem overlooked in the smartphone lineups. But from reviews, sounds like the Droid X has great reception and call quality; and a great speaker phone. Personally, I prefer the size of the Inc, but the advantages the X has in phone qualities and battery life are more important to me.
 
Samsung Blackjack, at least a smartphone but no touchscreen and the screen is small. Also running WM 6 on it.

Only sad part is losing Pocket Quicken, but with it discontinued I lose that no matter what OS I go to.

I'm the same way. I've installed so many custom roms on my Omnia as well as now I just have SPB Mobile on it. The only problem is the phone is just too unresponsive. Takes a while to load things especially after watching videos of the X loading pages.
 
I got a Motorola Droid on May 29, sold it 2 weeks later and got a new Incredible, sold the Incredible on June 30 and got a new Droid X on July 1. Prior to the Droid I had an ENV2.

Switching from a Droid Eris...only have had it for a few months, but I love the X way too much to keep using this thing...

Have it for 3 years now including one time Verizon replaced it with a refurbished one. I didnt even want a refurb, I wanted one of those free cheap flip phones... wouldve been WAAAAAAAAAAY Better.

The verizon folks at my local store laughed sadly to me that I have that phone.
