Indeed we did talk via email. I get the HTC splash followed by loading before I finally get to the home screen. Would be cool if you could some how do away with that.

I've also has ring tone issues, will try to play around with them a bit more today.

EASY WAKE MODE works but I don't want this.

I just want plain and simple:

When screen off + press on any button -> your Lock screen and then slide to open, why is this so hard to explain or understand what I'm looking for?

You're lucky he even takes the time to respond to you. You're rude, and quite frankly, as someone who understands English perfectly (not to say Kevin doesn't), I don't understand what you're asking for.

The phone does what you're asking for, so you're not making yourself clear.

+1. please do not harrass the dev who is kind enough to come here and help us. he's just trying to figure out what you're talking about. it's not clear to me, either. i'm not sure you're trying to be rude, but please be patient and appreciate the help you're getting. i sure do (thanks, kevin!).

What device are you using? This is the Incredible forum and if you are trying to wake the device using the capacitive back button (as you stated) you are out of luck because they won't work unless the screen is on.

Easy wake mode allows any hardware button to wake the device. That IS what you are looking for, otherwise you are not being very clear.

I think I talked to you by email. Changing the layout away from and back to Sense should fix this (or a reboot). It's because it didn't remeasure since July. I'll have to address this in the future, but I think August is a long enough word to buy me some time ;). It looks like Sense (or perhaps some setting) displays the date differently on different phones. I see what you mean on the Incredible now. I believe I've also seen it as MM/DD/YYYY. I should probably make it configurable when I fix the layout issue.

My site is TeslaCoil Software . I do not have a forum, instead I am active here and other forums.
It is not plain and simple what you are asking for. Easy Wake Mode is defined as waking the device, to the WidgetLocker screen, when a hardware button is pressed. It sounds like you are on the HTC Desire, which has a hardware back button, and are trying to use this button to wake the device. It is not clear if other buttons work. It is not clear what you mean by "EASY WAKE MODE works".
My last post directed to you was:
You said you're using the back button to wake up right? Does it go directly to home for any button or just the back button?
If just the back button either disable or increase the duration of back button unlock (Settings > Buttons & Inputs > Back Button Unlocks or Back Press Duration)

Did you try this? What happened? I do not have a Desire. I do not have a phone setup exactly the same as yours.

Also, please understand that I get tons of emails a day and read several forums and I don't have a perfect memory of everyone's past emails/forums posts/etc. I do my best, but it helps if you explain the full issue with lots of details. I'm never going to respond saying "too many details!"

If we can stop ignoring the screen on the right for a moment, I'd love to know how you got those icons on the home screen to all match in style. I think you've got LauncherPro running, but when I used it in the past, I didn't see an option to change my shortcut icons (not the dock).
 
I noticed today LPro had an update today. It allows gestures on icons (really cool) and also allows for a quick change prompt for icon, shortcut, and something else. If you use LP icons ($1) in market it will keep your notifications intact as well for gmail, handcent/chomp/txt, and missed calls.

haha no problem. Yes I'm running launcherpo but for the icons im using bettercut to change them. You can use any icons you'd like. I just found a set online that suited my needs.

The date fix for August worked (switched to ipod slider and then back to HTC slider.) Thanks!

Because we can't use the HTC 'widgets' there's no lock screen widget we can use for our personal music files. Is it possible to get Widget Locker to give priority to the MixZing lock screen when that app is active?

I've got that app's lock screen widget set to be active only when MixZing is playing a track, but Widget Locker overrides it.
 
I need to qualify the above... there's no temporary music widget that only runs when the music app is active which can work w/ widget locker. I'd rather not leave the android music widget on my lock screen. In the meantime, it's not too hard to throw the widget on there and remove it when I'm done listening.

I HAVE DESIRE YES DID TRIED THIS.....it doesn't work. I have also LOCKBOT PRO which does this way but takes 3-4MB and it's not good looking as WIDGETLOCKER.

Might want to put in quotes what kevin tried to help you with...your postings are very confusing. If your cordial, patient, and just enjoy the app the way it works now you might be surprised when an update comes out....seriously! :)

I took a quick look at this, it seems MixZing won't activate if Easy Wake is enabled, but if you disable Easy Wake it comes up fine.

That is not how easy wake is supposed to work and not how it works for any other user. Are you sure it does this for any button? Such as the volume up button?

What do you mean "it doesn't work"? Does the phone not wake up? Does the phone go to the home screen? Does WidgetLocker force close? Does your phone shut down and start on fire?

I am not the author of Lockbot Pro. I do not use Lockbot Pro. If all you want is Lockbot Pro, then feel free to use it.

That is what Easy Wake Mode does. The reason no one understands you is because you say it works and then ask for it to do exactly what it does on everyone else's phone.

Please follow these steps exactly:
Go to Settings > Advanced > turn on Easy Wake Mode.
Go to Settings > Buttons & Inputs > turn off Allow Back button
Go to Settings > Report bug and email me your full configuration so I can verify it.
Press the power button once to turn off your screen.
Press the back button on your phone once.
Tell me EXACTLY what you see.
Press the power button once to turn off your screen again.
Press the volume up key on your phone once.
Tell me EXACTLY what you see.

If you could make a video of it that would be very helpful too.
