I had to change my lock screen since I was having issues with the Audio Manager widget on the lock screen and home screen. When I changed the levels on one it would not reflect the changes in the other even after opening the widget.

Animations:

What weather widget is that with the animations? Does it work just like senseUI?

i just started using LauncherPro and can't seem to figure out one thing on it. I tried changing the dock icons but when my phone switches to landscape or vice versa the icons revert back to default icons. How do I get the icons I want on there to stay? This thread is great btw.

It's actually two widgets, fancy widget on the main homescreen and beautiful widgets on another screen that I don't use.
BW is what gives you the unlock animations.
And yes, it works just like the sense UI.

I fixed my problem. Changing the icon shortcut to blank (delete) and then re-choosing the shortcut and custom icon fixes the problem I posted above.

Anyone else noticing this graphic bug with Launcher Pro? I pulled a couple of screens from previous posters to compare Launcher Pro with the stock launcher...

Both are using Fancy Widget but the first shot is LP and the second one is stock. Notice on LP that there is a weird outline that shows up around the text on the clock and the shadows around the white part. Also shows up around the weather icons. If you look at the second shot from the stock launcher, none of these outlines show up. Another weird thing is if you start to move to another screen on LP, those outlines disappear until it settles back into place.

Panzos, here is a link to about 250 different docks. I didn't put the whole collection together but I did add a folder in there named "sensebar" that has the dock I'm using plus the blank icon that goes with it. It can't take credit for making the sense bars either. I think the guy's name was "Dutchman" over on the Launcher Pro forums.

Is there any particular folder on the phone these files (unzipped) must go? And after getting them on the phone, how do I go about using them to get the Sense Bar look?

Sorry, I'm kind of new to customizing my phone and some of this doesn't come easily to me.
