The icons aren't posted anywhere online. I created them myself, combining an button I found somewhere online and recolored, and then a set of windows phone 7 icons I also found online. Here are some pretty decent orange ones that I found in my searches. This dude has a ton:
3d Glossy Orange Orbs Icons ~ Icons Etc.
Firey Orange Jelly Icons ~ Icons Etc.
Yellow Comment Bubbles Icons ~ Icons Etc.
Orange Grunge Stickers Icons ~ Icons Etc.
Orange White Pearls Icons ~ Icons Etc.
The contact widgets are just graphics I also created, then used Desktop Visualizer to link them to the contact info for each person.

Yes the lockscreen is WidgetLocker. The widget is CalWidget, it pulls my agenda from my built in calendar. You can adjust all the colors/transparency of the widget.

Open widgetlocker, add a 4x2 calwidget just like you would any other widget, then adjust the colors (just tap it and press configure). Press menu on the widget locker screen and enable start on boot and adjust your other settings, including your lockscreen wallpaper. Add a battery left 2x1 widget. Then add beautiful Widgets small weather at top and download the skins for it from in the app. Also i recommend changing the system lockscreen to none.

Speaking of which, anybody know of a decent Music widget that looks like it would play well with what I'm going for here? I'm kind of thinking MusicMod, but it's froyo only, and I don't have the heart to update so soon after I got my install tweaked just right.

It comes with Launcher Pro Plus (plus being the paid version). Same w/ his calendar widget above it.

Is there a way to lock the bottom task bar to the home screen, so that each home screen has a different set of icons on the bottom? Or did you manually scroll the bottom bar for the pictures?
Also, what is the 4th screen? Is that your lock screen?

Yeah, that looks like the REVOlution theme I had on my X before I updated to 2.1
Is there a way to get a transparent dock like that without being rooted?

LauncherPro, you can have basically any dock you want.

Ding! you are correct sir. I... can't for the life of me remember where I got it though, sorry.
It is the LPP message and calendar widgets, using the theme from this thread. As well as a custom mod of switchpro so it looks nice sitting on top of my dock.
