Root White Widow

Been on WW for almost a month now and love it. Have tried other ROMs and keep coming back. The only issue I am having is with the soft-key back-lights. I would like them to dim when using the night clock, but they never do. If I remember right they were working when I first flashed the ROM, and sometime in between it got messed up. Any suggestions?

well if its a really big deal, then do a backup, then wipe and reflash and see if the lights work then. then setup your phone one bit at a time untill you see what it is that was breaking them lights.

It's not that big of a deal, but thought I would see if there was an easy fix for it. It's not worth it to me to go through the hassle of figuring out what it was that messed up the lights for me. Thanks for the reply though, and thanks for the great ROM! I keep hearing so much about some of the other ROMs out there and they tempt me into trying them. None have lasted a whole day before coming back to WW. It's been the most stable by far for me, and the snappiest. Not sure why it's not talked about more in the forums.
 
I love this ROM, but I'm having a problem with it. I keep getting a FC that says android.process.acore has stopped. Please try again. Over and over and over. Rebooting and pulling the battery have not helped. Wiped and reinstalled 3x on my phone and once on my husbands and it still happens. I thought it might be from ADW but I unistalled it and put Launcher Pro on to see if it would still happen. On my husbands it messed up and started the FC again when I messed with the SetCPU (rebooted then got the FC). Any ideas on how to fix this? I really want to use this ROM.

its a problem i had with ADW too. if you use launcher pro you shouldnt have any issue.

and maybe be a bit more careful with setcpu. any phone will lock up if you overclock it too high
 
newb here....sorry for the dumb question but once i flash the rom over how do i flash the other stuff like the good app and others? is it the same process as flashing the rom?


Edit: nvm i read one of your posts about it but now the tsuupdate ive downloaded wont go to my sdcard because they are write protected? what do i do

apparently i am a bigger newb than i thought -_- it was on my adapter *facepalm*

Just an FYI, I have used the newest ADW (found in the market) and mine has been working great as well. ADW has put out a lot of updates lately and is working great for me. I had the same issues on the older ADW included in the ROM, lots of FCs. None for a few weeks now!
