New Firmware

I'm going to wait till the market issues are sorted I think. Please let us know when all the apps appear back again :) TIA.
 
Could someone with the new firmware download 'aDyno' from the market. Open the app, select 'Dynamometer' and tell us what 'Data Rate' value reads.
This value indicates the speed at which updates are retrieved from the compass/accelerometer sensors (currently 10x slower than other phones). Sounds like they may have finally fixed this.

just for a reference, II5 has ~200ms data rate.
 
still no one has replied to me :(

where did this originate from as its not on the FUS downloads
has this just come from a nand?

right ive just checked from my contact within o2
hes not sure how this is even out or how its come out as theyve not even had it in for accreditation yet.
this would seem to be a samsung internal leek as if it was from nps or FUS it would be in the one file tar format not seperated.

Im not flashing this as i cannot find a changelog for it and o2 cannot provide one as theyve not recieved it internally yet
 
I installed Speed Forge just to try 3D, and it looks fine to me. I'm not a fan of playing this kind of games on the phone, but seems like they solved the 3D issue.
It would be interesting to know if this happened at the expense of less free RAM or not. If someone could just check it?

They fixed the opengl library then? Finally. :rolleyes:
 
Key lock works better, system is bit more faster and i see bit more ram memory free and fixed opengl. So if we don't find any major bugs later I say great update for samsung....
 
widgets dont refresh properly and it seems meridian player work poorly too (shuting it self after few songs)
 
Anyone else having WiFi problems after updating? I can't seem to connect to my WPA2 protected network. It fails after trying to obtain an IP from the router.
 
For mybackuppro, you can download it from rerware.com, and activate with your google checkout reference.
 
Could someone please upload this to somewhere from where it can actually
be donwloaded from? I can't get past:

"Sorry, the free service is at full capacity."
