Currently a Schipperke mix, rescued from a puppy mill and a purebred Sheltie
Past (as in passed on, joined the choir invisible, pushin' up the daisies) a Siberian Husky and a Sheltie/Pomeranian mix
Not to mention 3 goldfish in our pond ... used to be 20 but a damned blue heron has been snacking on them.

This dog's appetite knows no bounds. One time she stole a whole chicken from the table and before we can get it out, she swollowed it whole. Then a few minutes later she threw it out still intact. But she's affectionate and loving, the only thing I hate about her is her attention span.... ***SQUIRREL!!!***
This is Pepper, he's the smartest dog in the world! Well at least we'd like to think so. He can understand verbal languages such as get in the room, go on the couch, walk, heal, sit, and this is without hand or motion gestures. He's very obidient and get's scared of loud noises easily. He also overheats easily so you can probably walk him only for 10 minutes in the summer heat and after that he'll find what shade he can find and lie down, you'll have to carry him at that point. He's the perfect lap dog as he is not as noisy as the other one and will obey most of your commands, but unlike the other dog, this one is very picky with his food. Very hard to feed him. Then again, he's about 5 lbs overweight (obese in dog standards..)

Destroying Balls Everyday
My darling Gabriel, the Beagle. He was euthanized November 23rd 2010 due to brain tumors that caused him to go blind and become a "vegetable". He will always have a special place in my heart. He was such a wonderful dog who gave so much love. His favorite thing to do was walk on the railroad tracks by my apartment. When I get his ashes back, I'm going to spread them along the railroad tracks.
