The phone can't see it, but your PC will



It's highly likely that you WILL have a problem, but highly unlikely that it will be something you can't recover from. Most problems are just simple things, like the phone not behaving like you expected, or you forget to do one of the steps correctly. The trick is reading enough about the potential problems so that you have an idea what can happen and what can be done to sort it. Plus, plenty of help on these boards too

Well everything seems OK so far.

Just restoring apps at the mo.

Well that all seemed to go OK!

According to quick system info I have:

SD card storage Total 3.19GB Free 1.7GB
A2SD Total 457MB Free 160MB
Internal 148MB Free 116MB
System storage 250MB Free 8.06MB

Does that seem right?

So basically when I install an app, don't do anything to move it or whatever, just let the ROM do it's work?

Some apps will be installed on the FroYo Apps2SD area. This isn't really a problem, but I tend to check what apps are shown as "Apps on SD Card" every couple of weeks and move them back to the phone, just to keep things tidy
