I have been to his site. I really like his work. I prefer vanilla Android and his work is good. Am trying out OMFGB, but obviously this is a test build.

OMGB V.7 is available on Rom Manager now and so is OMFGB V. 1.0.1

If you like stock then go with OMGB. I ran 6 for a while but since OMFGB came out I have no desire to try OMGB-7. OMGB is as smooth and fast as I've ever used. I suggest using invisiblek's #28 kernel and use smartass governor. Supurb combo.

If you want a customized Gingerbread then by all means try OMFGB. It is rediculously stable and slick as snot. Right now I'm using tiamat 2.2.1 kernel but many still use blek's #28 (i keep it handy on my SD at all times). I have tried the unified .35 kernel a bit but it has limited governing capabilites.

I am running OMFGB and it is crazy fast. The one thing that is absolutely bothering me, is for some reason on the keyboard when you're typing and you double space it doesnt put a period

haha i just got it a little before hand XD

im not enjoying omgb 7 as much as 6 =[ the keyboard doesnt auto correct that well at all now. it does have a google set up account now.

im going to flash omfgb when i get home

From what I can tell the tiamat kernel is the only one that can be oc'd to 1152. I've done that and not one fc or reboot.

So what's the skinny on OMFGB? What's it have that CM7 doesn't? What's it missing that CM7 has? Considering checking it out but it'd be nice to have something new and exciting awaiting if I'm gonna go through the hoops.

IMO I believe OMFGB is a bit snappier and smoother then CM7. You can customize CM7 more, also the video recorder is still broken on OMFGB. The one thing that is keeping me on CM7 is the keyboard corrections are light years ahead of OMFGB. It's almost as if the corrections on OMFGB are non existent (no automatic punctuations, missing word corrections). Other than that they're both great, CM7 is further along though.
