Root [ROM][WIP] CM6-Ascend (CyanogenMod 6) Current: 04212011 (Cricket/MetroPCS MMS WORKING!)

Ok. So I put a fresh install of CM6 on the phone not editing anything. go through the beginning steps...blah blah blah...then once phone is up and synced, I go to voice dialer and speak "APN" it opens apn I chose cricket, enter ONLY my phone number, and click menu, then save, then make sure the green radio button is highlighted, then reboot phone, go back to apn to make sure it is still there and everything was saved, then try to send an mms and still nothing. Just sits there saying "sending..." been doing this for about 5 minutes now.

Is there something I am missing? I have done everything step by step. I know I CAN'T be the only one.

password needs to be cricket, if its not there already. Did you flash the fix?
 
flash what fix? theres no cricket mms fix that needs flashed. the metropcs users need to flash metroff or what ever that is to get mms working.
 
even if they got it working, it's not working like it should. :/ i've not had anyone confirm cricket mms was sending and recieving, except the guy that gave isaacj the fix. but he wouldnt give it to me...so im basically working on ****ing what i hear at this point.

oh no doubt, yesterday was a long one, I prolly imagined it lol.
 
I have been so cornfuzzled about the mms thing. I flashed CM6 I KNOW about 7 times. (no egg-zad-ur-ation) lol. ANYWAY! everyone keeps saying that the MNC had to be 016 but I would save it and poof it would dissappear. so I went to menu, new apn, and redid those and still nothing. oh well. I will just wait.

Pip. I wanna say a HUGE thank you for everything you are doing. I looked in at some of the other posts and am just astonished at how some ppl can be. So "I" say thank you on behalf of everyone else.

To all the others that are wanting (demanding) this...PISS OFF!! You're about to screw it all up for the ones who really do appreciate the work.
