Hey guys can someone tell me how to fix this please, everytime I try to do this root I get a file copy error. Any help is appreciated, thanks

Did you install the update? >.< If you did you cannot root now until they find another way to do it.

To let everybody who is hesitant about using this app. that it does work! I had to run it twice for it to work. Used windows XP. I donated for the help and my boost samsung galaxy prevail is rooted. Ok I'm very new to android platform. I would like to get rid of that update that keeps popping up when I reboot. How can I access the files on the phone to do so? What is superuser that was installed on my phone? How do I delete native applications since my phone is rooted? And what can I do with my phone, now that it is rooted?

Thanks for the quick response and the great application.

The One Click Root has provided us many benefits. One side benefit for me is the Samsung USB drivers. My main ISP is not working tonight (Cricket, big surprise). So, the only reason I have my laptop online tonight is because of the PDAnet Tether program. Thanks again.

wait wait wait.. you want someone to write up why/what root is for and then email it to you? you cant be bothered to return here and look? i would guess not seeing as there is tons of "whats the point of root" questions with nice answers... and of course its too hard to search on any given search engine on what it does?

here let me save you the hassle

Hilarious! There is no better way to learn what it is than to go ahead and do it. After all, it is just a phone, not your firstborn child.

I'm so glad someone else decided to answer RyanRtard's reply. I mean, I don't know how I would have gone about not only trying to answer his question but to reply back in a very specific manner...was a tad bit awkward. We were all noobs once but for the love of God people, at least just don't lurk on these forums, get what you need and then poof never come back or at least say thanks. Sad thing is that if he's not going to come back to check for a reply how is he going to know about that Google link animation that Shabby posted? lmao.

Can you do one of those for me? Except maybe use voice command so I dont ACTUALLY HAVE TO READ!!! :D:D:D

Does anyone have the Boost Mobile Voicemail App? I need it sooooooo bad. Please help.

It's not an app. It's a contact card actually. What they did was create a contact icon that dials your own number.

To access your voicemail dial your own number on your phone. If you want to make a button. Make a contact with your number in it. Then add that shortcut to the Home Screen :) Pretty simple.

the one click google search was awesome. your response was priceless! I come to this thread every morning and i wait with patience for the root for idiots like me who pressed the button to update while i was in a drunken state of mind!

I made the Bonehead move and updated before I found this root (about 1hr before) and the sad part is I wasn't drunk or half asleep... nope like I said bonehead move... anyway I'm new to most of this stuff but am learning a ton mostly cause of people on this forum (you guys know who you are) so I just would like to say Thankz and will wait for you guys to do what you do (pretty well at that) looking forward to getting a shabbymod.. from what I'm hearing there not to "shabby"

Or you can just call "1" which is the default shortcut to voicemail.

Awesome, failed the first time, rebooted and bam, superuser is now in my app list! Thanks Shabby and interdpth!

I read some buzz that the update only un-rooted the phone but did not, in truth, prevent the existing OneClick from rooting again. Was that true and did you have to add stuff to make it easier for the post update phones to root? Or do stuff to make it POSSIBLE for the post update phones to root. Or was that just a rumour?

Just Curious. Impressive work Gentlemen, in any case!!
