ok guys... this has been tons of work... and its still not 100% done (hence the "alpha").
this is what i currently use as my daily though... so im sure its all good for you guys to pin point issues with it.

this is basically a port of sense 3 into mikg... tons and tons of smali edits was done to get this running right (due to diff framework file ofcourse).

as far as i can tell everything is fully functional (same as MikG) and there only issues are graphical ones.
i did not set it up like i like to yet... just to keep u guys posted... this rom is stable... but it is not an RC yet.

known issues are:
4g icon will not show on the taskbar while its on... but it does work.
older sense 2.1 apps still need to have some visual fixes... but ill get on it when i can.
BT is causing a reboot see HERE for the fix (this will not be an issue in the next update)

new features:
new display settings (screen calibrate, homescreen3d)
fully working htc hub with sense 3 skins and widgets etc.
hotsopt and usb tether work as it should (hacked of course)
mms compression is disabled and def is set to 5mb max
power button and menu will take a screen shot of your screen (nice feature)
added fancy animation to kb (it slides up instead of just "showing up")
this rom is odex right now.
adding more quick settings is still in the works... but most is there.
yes... spanish kb support is there for all the spanish dudes.
as usual all market apps are up to date.

keep in mind that i did not fully opt apks yet and i did not fully add/removed everything that needs to be added/removed.

i will keep working on this rom for now and not a kingdom port etc. cuz i really think bringing sense 3 over is a better idea than porting a rom from a diff device.

let the device settle down for a lil bit cuz while its syncing... it wont move fast at all.

in the plan:
remove landscape from apks (the ones that dont use it i mean)
remove extra langs from all apks
remove useless lib files etc.
add more quicksettings
speed up whats needs to be speed up.
maybe... a new kind of rosie settings to be set from the "personalize" menu


anyways... too much was said for this only being an "alpha"... here is the link... have fun.

so far this thing is amazing. it is pretty smooth and is very stable as all of mik's roms are. i wish i new how to take a picture of the carousel. this looks good for an alpha.

I apologize but at this point all the ROM's are starting to look the same to me. Can you post some of the differences you notice and your experience w/ the ROM? Thanks in advance.

just installed this rom...and i like it.. looks like MikG with the 3D kick i haven't seen any problems other then the BT thing ..but there a flashable zip to fix that already...as far as the the 4G icon problem i cant comment on that since there isnt 4G here where im at..what i can tell you that is smooth and seem to run great..im going to run it for a few days for sure.:D ..i just came from kingedom 3D 2.0 rom and it for sure is smoother than his..not saying anything wrong with that rom this one just seem smoother/faster...will report back later on

I understand what you mean about them all looking the same -- if you've tried any of the Sense 3.0 roms, or even played with a Evo3D, you're going to know what this looks like.

The difference is in performance. While most of those others are ports from a device that hasn't even been released yet (kingdom), my [limited] understanding is this is Mik bringing Sense 3.0 to his existing MikG base. And given that this is not even in Beta yet, much less a declared stable RC, the fact that it is so much smoother than the rest, I think, speaks volumes for what's to come in the RC. (That said, there are still some bugs, so waiting on a beta or official release may make sense for some).

Just my humble two cents. :)

Edited to add another reason I prefer this ROM:
No need to partition your sd, over 390mb free after intital flash.

Big, big, big factor for me. I don't want to partition if I don't have to.
 
This ROM coupled with the V8 supercharger script should blow the kingdom ports outta tha wata!
It should have all the 3.0 goodies without taking up your whole internal ROM partition.
EPIC WIN!
 
Ocn - did you get a chance to grab a few screenshots? Also, anyone try this ROM with the supercharger script able to report a reduction in lag? I downloaded but I think I'll wait on the next build.

That said, with kernel source released, speed tweaks may make sense 3.0 completely viable...

^ummmm did you look up^ lol

anyways i also tried the supercharger script, and it is definitely much snappier than before. this rom is pretty amazing. yes it is very stock like all of mik's roms, but like it has been said before, the performance is really good. battery life is not so bad so far. everything works, 3g, 4g, and gps. it is pretty amazing for an alpha build. i can't wait to see what the final is.
 
I flashed a1 last night. It's slick for an alpha, should be in beta.
The only issue I've seen so far is the carousel lags a little bit, not all the time, just when it first wakes up, or after I close an app.
 
I really like this rom, I haven't had any issues thus far it. I was all over the kings/3d roms, but for some reason my phone has never responded well to kings' roms. My phone would always run hot and be laggy. And I know its not Kings' roms, because noone else has the issues that I had.

But my phone LOVES miks' roms...so I figured i'd give this one a try and if I didnt like it I would just nandroid back to Kings. This rom is absolutely awesome..and my battery life is awesome as compared to what I was getting on Kings'.
 
I love the space left after flashing. No partitioning needed.

Used Golden Monkey and it helps alot.

I"m going back and forth between this and Decks 1.3b
 
I almost dismissed this rom (and really most 3.0 roms) based on the partitioning of the sd card. Good to know that you don't need it for this one. +300 mb internal left is pretty nice
 
what? man you should really check them out. i love sense 3.0. i do not know why, but i feel when i flashed mikg or synergy, i just felt that something is missing. i guess i love carousel and the weather lockring too much. and this rom is super fast. i'm amazed that mik was able to get this thing so small and fast.
 
Once aamikam cleans this thing out completely its going to be a good ROM. Like I said the only issue I have is the carousel lag.
I'm also using the golden monkey, but I'm afraid to OC too much, going to have this piece for a while.
My battery hasn't done very well so far, but I haven't run through many charge cycles. Once I've been on this for a couple of days I'll post back.
 
I flashed this rom this morning. So far it's running okay. Everything seems to work. 4G works great. No icon, but a good indication that it's working is that the 3g icon disappears as though there's no data connection. Carousel is a bit laggy as noted by granite. I'm currently using the stock kernel, and I'm gonna stick with it over the weekend. But so far it's pretty solid for an Alpha.
