Too bad we don't have another epic FCC screwup like with the 3vo where the actual schematics went online for a short time.
That said - most of the LTE radio/modem popular press I've seen has come in two flavors - over the Marvell multi-mode chip already announced and speculation over cheaper single-mode LTE chips.
Here's my swag at it, take it or leave it - the Prime will feature a multi-mode chip at or below 40nm developed by Samsung and kept under wraps. It will not only allow high performance in a small package but will feature updates by Samsung to end concerns raised by repeated issues with GPS and 3G reception in some quarters.
