Root Option to delete email or not missing.

I'm running Miks SS 3D 1.1 with sense 3.5 and Chopsuey. When I had 1.0 I had the option in my email to either delete the emails on my server or leave them on my server. Now, with 1.1, there is no option and if I delete the email on my phone it gets deleted on my server.

I know this is no big deal since I know what happens but I'd like the option so I could delete them on my phone but leave them on my server. Then I can deal with them on my PC.

Is this something with 1.1 or is it only related to my phone and setup.

is this the stock mail app? unfortunately i only use gmail. so not really sure on that one.

not sure about the ROM but i do believe that in the stock email if you go to account settings and then go to incoming Server that is where you will find the option to delete the emails from server. Simply uncheck it and you should be able to keep them on your server.
