But you'd be OK if you returned the first phone and then bought a 2nd as an entirely new transaction, correct?

I do think there is language about the # of exchanges you can make. An I think they say one... If you are doing it all on one transaction each time... Not sure how they define a return and new purchase vs. an exchange though.... I'd look it up on their policies... BB is better about # of returns and no restocking fee...

I've done that but it has always been weeks in between

Not to mention they will surely screw up your upgrade date... Doesn't take much to confuse them

I don't know if this is similar, but I have returned a phone before and they made it sort of sound as though it's a one time thing for contract term with the 14 day return period. Not sure how that is affected by multiple lines, as I only had one line at the time. Probably one return per line.

It so you can buy a phone as a gift. Once your gift recipient opens the gift, activates phone, they have 14 days to decide if that is the phone for tthem or not. It benefits us only in a gift giving situation...
 
At this point, I'm pretty sure any pre-order is out unless it's not released on the 21st. It doesn't make sense to preorder 1 business day ahead of release. These are usually given at least a week.

I'll check back in a bit. If the floodgates open, somebody better alert me or I'm going to be cranky :)

Since I actually got somewhat decent sleep, could someone catch me up on the few pages I've missed out on? Is there any news regarding Friday pre-orders/announcement or any more confirmation for Monday?
