Guys I need to be reassured of something.

So "Heir of the Empire" is an authorized sequel to episode 6?

It is, in effect, episode 7?

I'm not a lover of "fan fiction" at all.

nope...still no confirmed date but looking like 12/8 and convincing ourselves the 16GB storage is an error and it is really 32
 
Rumors are pointing to sometime between late next week to (seemingly more likely) an early to December release (Dec 8).

Nothing good. Conflicting reports on release date. Leaks of 12/8, Han's sister hasn't heard of that, still thinks it *could* be next week.

Google "updated" tech specs to show only a 16GB version for US.

Doom and gloom is all you have missed.

No new news that I've seen.

So I have to work on monday and get out at about 4, do you guys think I'll still be able to get the phone or will it get sold out by then?

Yahoo had this smiley that rolled on its side kicking and laughing...I wish I had that right now.
 
UGH. I hate Verizon.


Yet, I was at a Verizon store today to start a family plan with my sister and nephew. Saves us both money. Especially with my employee discount.


Asked about the Nexus, a few times. Got nothing :(

I predict there won't even be one sale at your Verizon store on Monday, before you arrive.

That's what I'm worried about. To be honest the idea of a pure Google Nexus is the only reason for even considering using my upgrade right now. I don't want another VZW controlled device. If that's the case, I'll just stick with my iPhone 4 and get the iPhone 5 or 6 or whatever comes next year. At least Apple doesn't bow to VZW.:mad:
 
I am just wondering how many pictures I can take with my zero shutter lag on my GNex after I get my GNex on monday before the battery runs out...? Any guesses?

Holy cow. Did you overclock? I'm guessing not. Get the app Set CPU and download a compatible kernel for the CM7 build. I like Chevy No1's kernels. You should be able to run stable at 1.1 GHz minimum. I'm at 1.2 and the Droid originally shipped at 550 MHz. That's one of the reasons I would like to stay with TI OMAP platform...on the assumption that the 4460 in the GNex will run up to at least 2 GHz
