***Official Galaxy Nexus Pre-Release speculation thread**

Almost all of panda's latest tweets are bashing how Verizon is dealing with the phone. I'm not saying they're hating on the phone, but they all seem to be extremely pissed with Verizon, and don't share any of the info whatsoever. The least they can do is tell us why they're pissed, but they just post ambiguous tweets about it and that's it.

...Aren't we all extremely pissed with Verizon? What else is new?

And Panda did say something like "if your [referring to Verizon] apps don't work on our OS, is that our problem or yours?", so he basically confirmed that the issues were with Verizon's apps. That's not ambiguous.

Either way, it's not BMX or P3's job or obligation to give us information. P3's pot-stirring is unwelcome when he does it, sure, but complaining about Verizon is not the problem here

I don't understand why nobody is talking about the 11/17 rumors anymore. They seemed like the most consistent and reliable leaks, and certainly more fun to believe than 11/21 or 12/8. Why give up just because that date is now in the past?

I think there's a good chance the phone was actually released on Thursday, but it was an extremely quiet launch, and we were all so busy with this forum that we didn't notice.

One of the defining characteristics of a Nexus is that, as a developer phone, it is unlockable.

No... Panda is saying screw VZW and import a device to run on ATT.

Considering the day is slowly crawling to a close and with no statement or announcement from Verizon, I'm almost certain this is not coming out tomorrow. If anything, we may get an official announcement tomorrow, Tuesday, or Wednesday with it then coming out on Black Friday. If not, unfortunately, all we can do is wait and hope that 12/8 is the longest we'll have to hold out for this.
