I wasn't very clear, but what I meant was $ wasn't an object on this purchase, not in your life.

If there really is a $199 price point, that leads me to believe they're offering both a 16GB and a 32GB, with the lower storage being $199.

No way they're selling a 4G Galaxy phone at $199 with 32GB of storage.
 
looks like in the same ad they are selling the charge for $99.

My theory is this was originally part of their plan for black friday, but since the delay someone forgot to change the add.
