As for the bootloader, if its locked, all the more reason to ditch big red.![]()
Oh ok. Thought it was a new development.

Doesn't Kellex have the GNex? That screen would indicate a locked boot loader on a Nexus device.
Sometimes your better off listening to her though right! Or maybe even "most times"![]()
If you don't hate sense im sure the Rezound is a perfectly fine phone.
From a few pages back, the Rezound has the same radio problem as the Thunderbolt. So don't count on official ROM support. You will most likely never see an official CM build for this phone due to this problem. I've been really really disappointed by ROM support for the Thunderbolt. The sense and "de-sensed" ROMS work fine, but basically the AOSP ROMS are pretty messy in general.
Reception and signal stability on them are absolutely terrible.

Can you link to the info on the radio problems? I don't recall reading that anywhere.
No, that is the built-in unlocking feature for the GNex (same as the Xoom).![]()
Well I dunno maybe Kellex has one. But I know I saw this pic (or something really close to it) about a week ago. I cant remember where I saw it though.![]()

Wow! We did it! I'm so happy to be #1... #1, that is, until the next epic delay that drags us into the thousands.![]()
Pleasantly surprised by battery life as well, so far.
FIFY
And thanks for the "cleanup job". I must have been away for a few minutes and didn't see them.
Did people kill me?![]()
I'd love to hear more about this. We've got nothing but time on our hands for a couple of weeks.![]()
I have always thought the ReZound was a better phone on looks, specs and build. The only thing the GNex has going for it is ICS and the longer this goes, the closer the ReZound gets to having ICS. And before you jump on me, yes, I love Sense. So now you can jump on me for that. Sooooo......
I'm on the phone with Costco, waiting for a CSR, to ask about when the 14 day trial period begins.
I think I'm going to do it, peeps.
I won't be off the SGN train yet, as long as Verizon births the beast on or before December 8. If not, then I'll have to decide whether to return this thing before the 14 day period or if I just want to keep an HD, LTE, dual core phone that will soon be unlocked for $50.
Argh.
Freaking idiots.
I couldn't find it. But If I remember correctly, because the radio uses "sdvo" (I think) it allows you to talk and use data at the same time on 3G. It supposedly causes issues when trying to run custom ROMS. Especially ASOP (Like CM7 and soon to be CM9)
After googling a bit, I can only get bits and pieces, but yeah, it looks like the SVDO might be a problem if you want to run AOSP roms. Not sure if this is still an issue with the newest HTC.
Hmm.![]()
I've had the Rezound for a few days and my radio has been fine, no problems. Switching between 3G and 4G for battery purposes and strong signal everywhere for both.
Pleasantly surprised by battery life as well, so far.
Relatively new poster, but long time lurker (mostly in the Dinc section). I haven't read every page of this huge thread, but I've read enough to see the ups and downs and have been waiting with baited breath for this phone along with everyone else. I was just up at my local V store (Maryland) and casually asked about the Nexus as I was playing with their model Vigor. They immediately started touting the praises of Beats and constantly steered me back towards either the Vigor or the Rasr. Ha, I got the feeling that they'd been fielding questions from others about the Gnex and didn't want to have to go through it again or something. I made it clear which phone I wanted though, and they were nice enough about it.
Hey Han. . . . .
Welcome new poster have fun here!
