We'd better not still be here!600K? Please. That's just a couple of months. We'll still be here.
Yeah, I think so; if your contract expires, you have to pick a new one - and since unlimited is no longer an option, you'll have to go with one of the new tiered plans.Wait.. need to reactivate? You have unlimited data and you have to reactivate it? Can you lose it if you're technically out of your 2 year contract?
I don't think that's true Razor. After your contract expires you merely go month to month with your existing plan (including unlimited data.)Yeah, I think so; if your contract expires, you have to pick a new one - and since unlimited is no longer an option, you'll have to go with one of the new tiered plans.

Gonna have to go with a RAZR today I believe. This Continuum has gotten very nearly unbearable and I still don't believe the GN will be out before the 8th.

Very interesting. Certainly a case where I'm glad to be incorrect! That's what I've been told as well. As long as you don't drop your unlimited, you will still have it when you buy the GNex, whether your contract is up or not.

My son had a debate on the con's of water conservation, have you ever thought of the con's for it. Not easy.
There seems to be evidence for both viewpoints - I think the Black Friday ad and the Best Buy snafu indicate that the phone was supposed to be out by now and is indeed being held back while proofed for unexpected bugs. On the other hand, we've also gotten pretty solid reports from insider sources that the delays are purposeful and a marketing ploy.I think they are working on some issues that popped up and want this phone to be everything it is hyped and hoped to be to carry sales well into 2012 and make it a springboard for future versions to be built upon and truly compete head to head w/ the iPhone. It will be here soon I am sure there are people working on this around the clock and some may have even missed Tgiving dinner because of it.
It really is shameful with how verizon treated continuum owners as far as updates go. I complain that the charge is just getting GB, but for a phone barely a year old to still be on

My paper on the Theory of Constraints (can you say BORING?) is due today and I have managed to get halfway on it by typing a few sentences, refreshing and catching up on this forum and repeating...
When it comes to homework I am of the "Why do tomorrow what you can put off until the day after?" I kinda think Verizon adheres to this very same philosophy![]()
Well, the issue is that the bug fix idea is rather sketchy too - if it's a hardware problem, Verizon is probably screwed, because several hundred thousand units have probably already been produced. However, Google and Samsung released a statement in the UK indicating that the volume bug (likely the one being fixed) could be fixed via an OTA software update; however, this begs the question as to why the delay is being held back here if it's a solvable issue. But the only true evidence we have had points to the delay because of possible software/hardware issues and not a marketing ploy and even that evidence is speculative at best.
I have a paper on CSI for a Forensics class.
It's due tonight. So, I'm glad it gets dark earlier now...it puts me in panic mode.at 40yrs old I'm working on my second degree. My 1st degree was in theatre, now, I've got my sights set on the FBI, I want to be a profiler....seriously)
The paper is how CSI is scientifically unrealistic ...so...it'll write itself.
