I'll certainly try it.So since the omap processor in the nexus is listed as 1.5 ghz by TI will post people immediately overclock it to that with setcpu when available?

P3droid was able to remove the search bar now. For everyone that dislikes it.

Stability is king though.
This makes me extraordinarily happy

Were you always planning to go GSM?
What's the consensus thinking here on GSM version versus LTE?
So he is good for something haha
sweet and ironic since i just went with my mom Friday to do the same thing lol, definitely a great phone and you can't beat free.
I'm not panicking since I don't put much stock in what a sales rep tells me, particularly in a Verizon store, but...
I had to go to FedEx this afternoon and while I was out I decided I'd stop in at the Verizon store in my local mall and ask about the Nexus. I don't expect anything from these people, but since it's a very busy store I thought there might be a chance they had somewhat up-to-date info. I hope not.
I asked the lady when the Galaxy Nexus would be released and she says "Oh, you mean the Nexus Prime? That will be coming out after the new year; it's been delayed."
Considering she isn't using the production release name I figure she knows nothing at all, but that definitely made my heart sink a little bit. If I don't have this phone before Christmas I very well may switch to a GSM carrier.

You can't say that loud enough or emphatically enough. I give a big Amen to that statement. If I had a dollar for all the times that I OC my Dinc only to have it crash and get stuck in a bootloop forcing me to flash a backup, I would have enough money to get my Gnex for free.

Really only useful if it allows you to place 4 more icons.
