Where did all the mods disappear to? I understand why Steven has barely checked in today, but what about Early and OTD?

Oh - and if it does happen (slim chance but ya never know) - please include Dawnierae and IndecisiveElle on the PM. I have to keep my sisters in the loop. :D

Cool! Four reps from Verizon, dressed in tuxedos, just left my crappy little house in Slippery Rock, Pa..... They came out to tell me IN PERSON that pre-orders will begin at 23:47 Mumbai local time, 11-30-2011! And that within 36 hrs of a pre-order....they will PERSONALLY hand deliver every unit!!! So there, everyone go to sleep....except you west coasters and beyond.....lol. You all just do what you normally do until your regular bedtime! L8r Sk8ers!

That made me chuckle. It was my impression that virtually every image posted here was hotlinked to some poor anonymous souls who don't even know why their websites are racking up bandwidth charges while getting slashdotted by our million+ viewers. :eek:

verizon has till the 8th. if i dont hear any official announcment by the 8th i am going to buy the razr / rezound or jump ship and get the skyrocket. i honestly am getting seriously pissed off with the way they have handled this. at the very least they could have given us a formal statement as to why it was delayed and when it would release. i would rather them tell us its coming at the end of december than leave us haning like this.

from the point of view of a bystander with no knowledge of the inner workings of verizon, they have handled this like a bunch of clueless [insert inappropriate, juvenile curse-word here]
 
This is the media world now... so why not just go to twitter and blow it up w/ GNex questions. Force Verizon's hand by nonstop questioning and making them see the consumer wants to know. Could you imagine 52k tweets @ Verizon regarding Gnex? Yeah.... they would eventually give us an update to shut up.

I don't condone the actions, but it's the way the world works today.
